    Sử dụng synonyms là một trong những cách giúp bài làm của bạn academic hơn và ghi điểm vocabulary với giám khảo.

    Thay vì sử dụng các từ ngữ thông dụng như: good, helpful, ideal … bạn có thể sử dụng các synonyms để ghi điểm từ vựng cho bài Speaking hoặc Writing.

    Common Adjective: Good (Beneficial)

    Less Common Synonyms: Beneficial, helpful
    Example of Usage: beneficial
    for environment

    Common Adjective: Healthy (food)
    Less Common Synonyms: nutritious, wholesome
    Example of Usage:
    I try to eat wholesome food.
    These day, people in my country don’t eat very nutritious food.

    Common Adjective: Helpful (ready to give help)
    Less Common Synonyms: Supportive, cooperative
    Example of Usage:
    A very supportive work environment

    Common Adjective: ideal
    Less Common Synonyms: perfect
    Example of Usage:
    A perfect house

    Common Adjective: important
    Less Common Synonyms: major, significant, essential, vital (= very important)
    Example of Usage:
    I think it’s essential for school to have computers.
    I think parents play a vital role in a child’s upbringing

    Common Adjective: intelligent
    Less Common Synonyms: smart, clever, bright
    Example of Usage:
    a clever child, a bright student, a smart businessman

    Common Adjective: interesting
    Less Common Synonyms: intriguing, engaging, fascinating (= very interesting)
    Example of Usage:
    I watched a fascinating documentary on wolves

    Common Adjective: late (person)
    Less Common Synonyms: tardy, behind time
    Example of Usage:
    Being tardy is considered to be a bad character in my country

    Common Adjective: main
    Less Common Synonyms: principal, major
    Example of Usage:
    The principal industries in my country are tourism and textiles.

    Common Adjective: memorable

    Less Common Synonyms: unforgettable
    Example of Usage:
    an unforgettable holiday

    Common Adjective: modern

    Less Common Synonyms: contemporary, present-day, up-to-date
    Example of Usage: I prefer contemporary buildings to old fashioned ones.

    Common Adjective: negative (impact, effect)
    Less Common Synonyms: undesirable, detrimental
    Example of Usage:
    I think technology has had an undesirable impact on society

    Common Adjective: old-fashioned
    Less Common Synonyms: outdated, unfashionable, out- of- style
    Example of Usage:
    An outdated method of learning, unfashionable clothes
