Raising pets is a controversial issue in families and between groups of people. While some people think it is advantageous, others hold the belief that having pets may bring some negative effects. This essay will give an analysis on this issue.

Pets are source of happiness and recreation for people of all ages. Pets, especially dogs, may bring about leisure moments to human life when walking a dog in the park on a daily basis. Besides, guide dogs are helpful to our community. It is a commonplace that trained dogs make good use to blind people. In other words, guide dogs act as eyes through which they can see. In some cases, dogs are known to save lives or prevent the households from being burgled.

Despite the benefits brought about by keeping pets, pets could also be sources of diseases. Viruses are known to be presented in animals and birds. These can inflect people and lead them to death. Some such pets as dogs, cats and parrots are aggressive and impulsive and it can result in human's injuries and even fatal attacks.

To put in a nutshell, having a pet also mean that lots of money will be spent on them. It depends on an individual's notion to decide to raise pets or not.

Pets have become commonplace in many households, leading to the fact one would be hard-pressed to find a household without pets such as fish, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and even turtles. However, in my opinion, being a pet owner brings both benefits and drawbacks on the following grounds.

To begin with, one of the most obvious advantages associated with keeping domestic animals is the development of stronger bonds with families. Specifically, pets, especially dogs are so playful that even if you are doing something, you will be swayed to cuddle and play with them, adding more joy and delight to the familial atmosphere. Another contributor which justifies the convenience of owning a pet is the physical and mental benefits to children. Experts agree that pets at home have several health gains, especially for the emotional growth of a child. With the presence of domesticated animals at home, the juvenile will learn how to control their temper. When it comes to physical growth, they noticeably help children enjoy running and exercising.

Despite these attractions, however, the adoption of pets might exert a significantly negative influence. One of the major concerns is the family members being bitten, who might suffer from rabies. Even if pets are domesticated, we cannot expect them to behave like a real person. Sometimes, animals have a temper, especially if they are hurt. Thus, we should take necessary precautions to make sure that no one is bitten. Furthermore, budget in having a pet is also a vital factor that needs to be taken into account. It has to be well planned and we should be ready to commit not only our time but also our money to ensure that they are always healthy. Buying essential grooming kits for pets, food, and other accessories like collars and leash can be very expensive.

In conclusion, the advantages of having a pet at home may outweigh the disadvantages. However, it is important that responsibility and proper care are needed.

People are increasingly having pets in their homes nowadays. While this trend might be beneficial to some extent, I would argue that being a pet-owner can have more drawbacks.

To begin with, there are several advantages that pets can bring to individuals. Firstly, since having a pet is similar to having a close friend, people who own pets might have a happier life in some ways. For example, when individuals come home after a long day at work, their pets usually greet them enthusiastically, which helps them to reduce stress and pressure. If people, especially individuals who live alone, do not have pets, they can sometimes feel lonely. Secondly, some kinds of pets can protect people and their families, which contributes to the safety of them. For instance, a dog can guard their houses at night, when they are sleeping soundly.

Despite the benefits mentioned above, I believe that owning pets is much more disadvantageous. First, when people have pets, they have to spend much time taking care of them. For example, it often takes my sister a large amount of time to feed her cats. This leads to the lack of time for other useful activities such as sports or work. Additionally, having pets can negatively affects other members in individuals’ families, for instance, people who are allergic to animals. If individuals do not own a pet, such members might feel more comfortable.

In conclusion, while being a pet-owner can have some benefits, I think that this tendency is much more disadvantageous.

With a view to distancing themselves from loneliness, some people tend to choose to raise a domestic animal. This trend has its own merits, whereas personally I concur to the fact that its advantages are outweighed by its downsides.

It is undisputable belief that having a pet brings about a number of plus sides. Raising pets can be considered as an outlet for emotions. Rearing an animal enables people to enrich their spiritual life on the grounds that they tend to regard those pets as friends, who receive their affection, as well as the deep-down confessions and sorrows which cannot be realized by anyone else. Not only does that personification make people’s mind more vivid, especially children’s but it also serves as an emotional connection between men and animals. Furthermore, it is a sense of nature integration that sharing home with non-human species engenders. It is scientifically believed that this natural harmony facilitates people a lot in terms of stress release.

Psychologically beneficial as it may be, possessing a domestic animal effectuates quite a few drawbacks to people lives. Firstly, it is a universal conception that raising a pet is highly likely to negatively affect the home budget. This is substantiated by the fact that animals foods nowadays, especially so-called premium ones, may cost pet raisers a fortune, which makes it impossible for them to afford other utility payment. Secondly, pets are also held accountable for health deterioration amongst owners in that their furs as well as bacteria inflict respiratory diseases and hygienic problems on people. Thirdly, pets are also source of distraction and disturbance. They, albeit friendly to people, are still animals, who cannot fully cognitively understand human businesses. That rationalizes why, in some cases, they do not obey their owners, thereby driving them to the edge. Moreover, focusing on animal’s issues takes people a wealth of time, which can be effectively spent on other critically important stuffs.

By way of conclusion, I reaffirm that owning a domestic animal has more disadvantages than real benefits.

It is undeniable that pets become increasingly prevalent in various households. While there are some obvious benefits of raising pets, the disadvantages of this decision should not be neglected.

On the one hand, having cats, dogs or other animals in the families can be beneficial in some ways. First, pets can be great partners for many people. People often consider pets as their friends who go through ups and downs with them. As a result, pets are undoubtedly an important and irreplaceable part of their owners’ life. Second, pets can help people with some problems related to physical and mental health to improve their situations. For example, an autistic child who usually avoids human connection can still make friends with a dog; as a result, he would become more sociable. Besides, dogs can serve as the eyes of the blind to assist them in their everyday activities.

On the other hand, having pets may lead to some problems in daily lives, one of which is the high cost of bringing up a pet. To make sure that domestic animals can live healthily, when adopting them, people need to pay a huge amount of money for vaccinating the pets. Moreover, some animals may have special eating habits, which can be extremely costly. Therefore, some families have to set asides budget for other necessities if they want to raise a pet. The second problem is that having pets can be quite dangerous sometimes. Specifically, there are various diseases resulting from close contact with these animals. For instance, a great number of patients especially children with pets in their homes have flukes in their body, which is extremely difficult to cure completely.

In conclusion, there are more pets raised in each household nowadays. This trend can bring about not only positive but also negative consequences.

It is true that the number of household pets has been increasing dramatically in recent years. While producing numerous benefits, this trend also brings some potential drawbacks.

On the one hand, keeping domestic pets could benefits both owners and pets them self. There is no point in denying that pet animals’ loyalty and characteristic have the healing power, which could relieve stress and bring great happiness for pet owners, especially those who always caught up in their own work and study. Therefore, adopting pets in house is becoming increasingly prevalent in the hustle and bustle of city life in the new era. Besides, raising pets also stand them in good stead due to the fact that pet animals like cats and dogs are less likely to survive on their own in the natural environment, where they have to encounter the difficulties and hazards without any helps from human beings. Consequently, if they are forced to live in the wild environment, then they would easily suffer from diseases or even die unexpectedly.

On the other hand, apart from these above – mentioned benefits, adopting household pets also place those animals and owners at a disadvantage. Firstly, it comes with no surprise that animal themselves could bring many viruses or bacterial diseases, which could harm their owners seriously. Toxoplasmosis, for example, is the disease caused by parasite called toxoplasma gondii, which has been found in warm-blood animals like cats and other pets. Therefore, people could become badly infected if they live together with their beloved pets for the long time. Secondly, many individuals raise pets for wrong reasons such as status symbol or for profit, which could affect negatively household pets because owners themselves could abondon their pets whenever they feel unnecessary to feed them and leave them in the wild environment regardless of many terrible dangers their pets have to face such as traffic accidents with pets or the lack of food and clean water.

In conclusion, raising domestic pets, which is the growing trend nowadays, has benefits and drawbacks for both animals and owners themselves.

Owing domestic pets is one of the most popular leisure activities of current households. It is said that having a pet brings several benefits to the owners. Yet there also exists some undeniable downsides of this kind of pastime.
On the one hand, most people have pets in their homes would say that they keep pets just simply because they love pets. Their beloved pets are their pure fun after hard-working hours. Some people revive their spirits just by feeding and stroking their dogs or cats. Another good side of owing household pets is the way it helps people for general and children for particular learn how to love. Children who are interested in caring for pets are likely to have warm hearts. Moreover, particular house pet like dogs might be considered as a trustworthy guard. Dogs can be trusted to look after their owner's house at night or while their owner is far away from home.
However, besides the aforementioned advantages, having pets in one's house also has some inevitable negative effects on the owners. The most obvious disadvantage of having pets is pet allergies, especially with kids. The fur of pets may make children suffer from respiratory infections. In addition to this, it is uncertain that all pets are gentle. Some pets might be very fierce which could attack people. Moreover, despite the fact that only a small minority of people spend a great deal of money and time on their pets, this would be seen as a downside of the act of owning pets.
In conclusion, due to the aforesaid analyses, it is acceptable that more and more people show their interest in caring pets. Nevertheless, it is also essential to take the foreseeable problems that one may encounter when having family pets into consideration to be well-prepared before welcoming a new friend of one's family.

Nowadays, a lot of people raise a pet in their own homes. Although this seems to be pretty beneficial, there remains some demerits that need to be taken into consideration.

There are a variety of profits that can be gained from having a pet. First of all, pets help reduce anxiety and stress. Pets have been recognized as best stress busters. Thus, people having them around are believed to be less vulnerable to depression and pressure. Secondly, pets make good friends. Pets become great friends with everyone in the family as they are a good source of love and energy. They are playful and happy all days so as no matter how miserable and unappreciated their owners feel, they will still there to share the sadness.

Despite providing quite a lot of benefits, owning a pet can be quite problematic sometimes. Initially, the cost to raise a pet can be quite unreasonable sometimes. When having a pet, people not only have to commit their time but their money as well. They need to pay for grooming kits for pets, food, clothes, medicine and other accessories which is quite a huge sum of money. Secondly, some members in the family may suffer from allergies when owning an animal. People, especially kids are prone to face with allergies when breathing in the fur of the animal and this may lead to such diseases with the lung like asthma.

To sum up, owning a pets has its two sides. However, it seems that the advatages outweigh the disadvantages. People who have an intention of getting a pet must have to consider carefully their backgrounds so as not to make a wrong decision.

In most part of the world, pets are becoming more and more popular in nowadays life. While there are several drawbacks, the benefits of having a pet are undeniable.

On the one hand, there are several reasons that could explain why people have issues with pets. Firstly, allergy is probably an extremely terrible problem to the owner’s family and friends. For example, more than thousands of people are allergic to dog and cat, which are the most popular pets on the world, every year. Secondly, having a pet also means that there are a lot of works needed to be done. In order to take care of their pets, owners usually spend hours per day for feeding, cleaning and playing with them.

On the other hand, in many countries, pets are considered to be human best friends. Modern life is hard and also full of pressure so that people do not have enough time to make friend and have a social life. Therefore, in order to feel more relieve and reduce stress, people usually confide their stories to their pets rather than anybody else. Some pets such as dogs are famous for their loyalty and they can be trusted to guard the houses. Moreover, playing with pets in the park often brings more fun than computer games and people can also have more chances to meet people who have same interest in pets.

In conclusion, although having pets causes some difficulties for the owners, there are a lot of advantages for owning ones.

There is a common trend that more and more families have animals such as cats or dogs inside their houses. While some could argue this trend brings several negative consequences, other people advocate that households should raise such a kind of animals due to a number of benefits.

On the one side, it is widely maintained that the hobby of raising a domesticated animal costs a large amount of time and money. As pets are living ones, raisers need to feed them and devote certain time to look after them, which can be problematic in the case that everyone is busy working. Secondly, as far as health is concerned, opponents of pets argue that raising animal domesticallycould bring about a variety of health problems, including allery and contagious diseases. As a matter of fact, people who are allergic to animals’feather find it virtually impossible to raise a dog or cat since they will possibly suffer from asthma when being in proximity of such these animals. Moreover, many even fear that if animals’health and hygiene are rarely taken care of, they can get illness, thus becoming sources of diseases that can dangerously infect family members.

On the other side, having domesticated animals is beneficial to some extent. The first view in support of pets is that they can improve the people’s quality of life . For example, a lonely person can raise pets, play with them and treat them as a true friend, fulfiling the empty room for affection. In addition, from the educational standpoint, pets can have a positive effect on the development of children’s personalities. Indeed, research suggests that children whose families have pets can attain a variety of essential characters such as loyalty, as they spent certain time on playing with animals as an actual companion. Therefore, these youngsters can have an edge over their counterparts who have no pets in terms of interpersonal skills when they grow up.

All things considered, albert some drawbacks, raising an animal within families can also result in lots of benefits.

Nowadays, breeding animals as pets has gained wide currency in many households, especially in the urban area. Nevertheless, this trend has both merits and demerits that deserve our thorough consideration prior to arriving at the ultimate conclusion.

On the one hand, adopting such animals as dogs or cats can be an effective way to sustain these species of animals. In fact, lots of kinds of animals are vulnerable to hazards like illegal poaching, which has steadily driven them to the verge of extinction. Hence, being pets of the well-off will help them stay away from such dangers. As a result, they would no longer fall prey to malicious hunters but proliferate in both quantity and quality of habitats. Another advantage worth mentioning is that adorable pets can act as intimate friends with modern citizens. In the fast-paced social setting, individuals are likely to be constantly preoccupied with tasks and assignments from their workplace, imposing substantial constraint on their mental well-being. Therefore, it is not far from easy for them to be stressed. At these moments, animals, with lovely expressions and movements, will keep their masters in company and help them unwind their own minds, thereby reducing the adverse impacts of the modern life’s tempo on people, especially city dwellers. Clearly, having pets in home can reap great benefits for both animals as well as the owners of them.

However, possessing animals as pets is dismissed as a catalyst for the lack of biodiversity. Given the fact that the conversion in habitats will give rise to changes in some native characteristics of animals, the domestication to be pets in home will cause most species to lose their instincts, leading to an infertile source of biological genes. Without these outstanding features, the homogeneity in the ecosystem is an inevitable consequence, followed by sluggish progress in science and technology.

In a nutshell, having pets in home has brought both benefits and drawbacks to our society. However, there is a likelihood that the former outweigh the later.

Life is full of stress and pressure. Pets is always one of the most perfect choices to share with and make people comfortable and relaxing. And the question of raising a pet or living without them is not easy to answer because there are some strong points and drawbacks equally.

On the one hand, having pets in homes is attractive for some good reasons. Firstly, pets become the best friends with the owners thoroughly. People can share with them every despression and burden in the life. Although pets cannot speak, they can listen by their feelings and hearts. Secondly, pets can help people relieve stresses effectively. It is such a helpful action to tackle with their problems in both profession and private lives. Finally, pets can keep owners’ houses safer such as dogs, cats. They can be an useful method to support their owners when they are away from home.

On the other hand, I believe that there are some drawbacks to raise pets in home. You will take more time to take care of and cleaning the house if they make a mess. In addition, you must spend some fees on pets’ foods and heath. To illustrate, you should bring your pets to visit a veterinarian quarterly to check-up heath situations. On top of that, pets can cause a disease seriously to their owners if they arenot in heathy conditions. For instance, ringworm is one of the most common diseases you can get from your dogs.

To sum up, it is likely for pets to be rewarding friend in their homes if they can support financially to take care of and keep their pets heathy.

In recent decades, owning and raising pets, such as cats and dogs appear common for people from around the world. Although pets clearly bestow us- the human a myriad of benefits, it is evident that couple with the merits lie a variety of hidden problems.
Despite being thought as a minor part in human lives, having pets is beneficial for the owners. First, since companion animals often share such strong bonding and companionship with its owners, raising them are conducive to a happier and active lifestyle. This is to say that in lieu of having a sedentary lifestyle and being alone, people would choose to engage in a host of pets owner activities, including playing fetch, which would not only ensure a positive and healthy lifestyle, but also reduce their strain from working. Second, by catering and adoping an animal, human ourselves, especially those who are juveniles, could have more opportunity to develop self- responsibility and benevolent towards animals. That is when choosing to adopt pets, not only animal husbandry skills is required, a high duty of care to these animal is also imperative, thereby resulting in more responsible and caring owners.
However, there are potential problems regarding owning a pet. It should be acknowledge that pet accessories and food can cause more than ones can expect, resulting in a considerable burden to the owners financial ability. Also imperative is that hygienic care and cleaning should be taken to account, or their owners would suffer from detrimental diseases, including nasal disorders and allergy. Finally, the incur of medical expense is inevitable as the pets, especially dogs, could easily suffer from rabies if their health status are negligently disregarded by the owners, posing great threats to not only the owners, but also other innocent people.
In conclusion although pets can play a major part in the owners' lives, it is highly recommended that they should be taken care responsibly or catastrophic consequences may occur.

The development of economic has given rise to the growth of number family that has a pet live with them. There are some disadvantages but also advantages of these phenomena.
On the one hand, thriving a pet likes raising another family member, which can be costly in both mental and finance. Firstly, a new pet is like a two years old baby who can walks, talks, curious asking about everything around their daily life, but have limited knowledge to understand what is wrong or right, therefore, often making some unproperly action. For example, a cat can destroy house furniture with its claw when not be taught. Secondly, financial aspect, the cost of raising a pet can equal or even higher than a daily cost of the average person. For instance, the fee of raising a dog, include: food price, cleaning product, the same as human needs but was charged at the higher price as its exclusive for the dog only.
On the other hand, a pet can bring many joys and benefit to their master. Certainly, with the characteristic of a pet, which are loyalty, listening, comfortable to be treated, the pet has become human’s best friend. For example, a story of Hachi, a Japanese dog was waiting at the station every day for his master, but the owner was dead before that. Also, the security benefit when having a pet, with their loyalty characteristic and animal instinct inside them, they can also be the best housekeeper, or protect their master from a dangerous situation. To illustrate, a dog in Australia was dead when protecting his owner from three poisonous snakes.
In conclusion, although having a pet among your family members can bring many troubles there are also some advantages and joys when getting a friend like them.
