It is an undeniable fact that Teamwork has become an important buzzword in schools, universities and at offices today. However, there has been a lot of heated debate surrounding the issue of whether cooperative or competitive studying methods would be more crucial to learners. Personally, I believe that students benefit more from the former variation on the following grounds.

On the one hand, there are various reasons why people believe that studying with a view to contending for bettler results. The first contributor is the personal development along with a desire to study more to win the competition. To prove this, in Korea, it is popular - even common now - to have a private tutor to teach extra pieces of study with paying a lot of money. As a consequence, young pupils learn faster than what they learn at school. Furthermore, during the vacations, students study abroad to learn English for a month instead of revising school work. With the experiences gained from this occasion, it is one of the greatest plus points to go to famous well-known high-schools.

On the other hand, some highlight the negative impacts that competition might bring and so choose to inculcate cooperation in their kids. According to them, when kids compete, they might use alternative ways for winning like cheating. Sometimes, they might be highly de-motivated if they are constantly losing despite persistent efforts. In contrast, by working or learning cooperatively in groups, children learn attributes as respect, exchange of help, tolerance etc. Moreover, they also opine that the lessons learned in childhood lasts for the entire life and the children who always compete would do so for the rest of their lives and this would include both the positive and negative competitions.

In conclusion, being competitive is considerably important to enhance knowledge, yet the communal life needs cooperative people as well. Thus, individuals are cordially suggested to balance both competitiveness and cooperativeness.

While children should be put to an education environment where they are forced to compete with others in order to improve their skills significantly, it is more crucial that pupils are taught about cooperation. I believe that both opinions are true in some contexts; however, working together is more important for children’s future development.

On the one hand, a sense of competition can teach children to prepare themselves to gain more attentions in a crowd. Firstly, a rivalry is a good way to encourage them try their best in all activities and being a winner in contests can be considered as a prize to prove their effort. Secondly, competitiveness plays an important role in modern life that requires people have to challenge with each other in job interview sessions for a place in their desirable companies. To get notices from recruiters, candidates have to show all their best skills to be a winner, and learn how to be a number one from childhood is a good preparation to fit children in the better future.

On the other hand, cooperation is also a crucial skill that people and especially all children have to aware. International firms require employees have to come and work together to achieve an enormous and meaningful targets such as space exploration, which put people outside of the earth to solve population booming problem in these days. Learning to work in a team from a child helps workers well adapt with environment involving many people. Besides that, children can gain strengths and weaknesses from peers when studying in a group, so that their horizons expanded dramatically.

In conclusion, rivalry is a motivation which boosts children try their best to be the best one, I think cooperation plays a key role in today living environment where people have to work with others. This mindset should be delivered to children from the very first moment of their study.

It is argued that the competitive environment should be developed for children’s education. While some individuals think that teamwork is essential. I would argue that it would be better to taking part in teamwork activities.

On the one hands, there are a variety of reasons why children should be studied in a competitive environment in education. One reason is that with highly competitive studying environment at school, students often desire to win prizes. As a consequence, school children could be encouraged to put their effort into studying for the highest scores. Another reason is that in the competitive environment, gifted students who are outstanding could be given opportunities to nurture their abilities. My secondary school, for instance, selects students with the best results for extra classes to develop their capabilities in order to take them to national competitions.

On the other hands, I believe that using teamwork activities results in more favorable outcomes. The first benefit is that the experience from team working could teach children how to cooperate with each other and how to contribute to the life of their community. For example, in some Vietnamese elementary schools launch some teamwork activities as philanthropy education lessons in order to help children see the benefits from the team working. Another benefit is that learners not only enlarge their knowledge but also develop soft skills through teamwork activities at schools. Children at school could have good opportunities to work with lots of teammates from different backgrounds, which allows them to gain relevant experience.

In conclusion, although the competition in children’s education is advantageous to some extent, it seems to me that it is better to give teamwork environment to children at schools.

There exist a lot of educational methods today pertaining to the environments where children should be taught. As regards this topic, some people opine that environment fraught with competitiveness should be encouraged, whereas others contend that children should learn how to cooperate with each other.

On the one hand, it stands to reason to say that a competitive environment is an ideal place for children to learn. Firstly, studying in such a place, children would definitely have an acquisition of good academic results. Learning with others with high sense of competition will grant students a powerful impetus to make a considerable progress in their study on the grounds that obviously no one wants to fall behind their peers. Undoubtedly, a desirable performance will be shown in recompense for their industriousness and incessant endeavour. Secondly, a competitive atmosphere in the classroom will be a better preparation for students in their future. It creates a chance for students to practice some necessary skills and characters to grapple with forthcoming hardship in a highly competitive and ever-changing society nowadays.

On the other hand, the advocacy of stimulating teamwork skill in children is also rational to some extent. At school, children will meet up with a lot of friends who are different from them in many aspects, consequently being urged to know how to live in harmony with them. In order to do that, students need to develop a multitude of essential skills such as communication skills, which is quite advantageous to them. Cooperating with other students, additionally, gives them a sense of fulfilment in that they have chance to share joys and sorrows with one another, which also gives rise to emotional attachment among them.

From my perspective, each method has its own merits. That is why it is recommended that there should be a combination between these two education approaches. This proposition will probably lay foundations to a well-rounded psychological development of children.

Competence and cooperation, which one is better, may still be a controversy. Some people say that children are in need of supporting each other via teamwork, while others believe that competing with their friends is the best way for children to perform better.
On the one hand, it might be undeniable that competency would encourage children to overcome their weaknesses. Being in a challenging environment with ambitious and talented people, children would imitate those people and try their best to express themselves because if they seem to unable to keep pace with others, they would be looked down on and made fun of. Moreover, while studying with competent people, children might have a chance to learn a lot of useful things from their friends, thus become more learned
On the other hand, teamwork also has its own benefits. We are living in the community, not an isolated island; therefore, it is essential to teach children to learn how to cooperate with each other. Two people are always better than one. Being a member in a team would help children learn how to help others and how to be helped. Not only does it train children's soft skills but it also increases the output of the work. Furthermore, like competency, in cooperation with others may help children learn from each other and perfect themselves.
Due to the aforesaid analyses, in my opinion, in order to create an ideal environment for children to study, it is fundamental to combine the competitive spirit as well as the team spirit. Competing with friends would stimulate children's will to study better, but just only competing would make children more and more jealous and selfish. Therefore, to balance, working with friends in some difficult tasks would increase the solidarity of them.
In conclusion, children should study in both aforesaid recommended environment to become well - rounded people.

Education method is pivotal in the development of any nations. Some people hold the belief that competitiveness should be given the foremost consideration, while others detest that it is only counter-productive and teamwork should be put in high priority. From my perspectives, I'm in favour of latter idea.

As regards competitive environment, it is fair to say that the benefits it offers is undeniable. When studying with high pressure from peers, students have a tendency to strive for their goals. It is the daily intense competitions that boost participants' potential to maximum, build personal independence and accustom them to the future tough world. However, insurmountable pressure for these struggles also means many downside effects to students. When confronting a challenge, some choose to deal with it and others refuse to do so. By way of illustration, several students resort to cheating as a way to pass these tests, thus creating an unhealthy competition in general.

Considering teamwork, one has reasons to believe that the strengths this method gives us far outweigh it drawbacks. Students can have the chance to learn useful knowledge from their peers as well as improve soft skills which are of crucial importance in business world. Indeed, it is no exaggeration to say that teamwork is considered the most effective method at both school and workplace. Nevertheless, students should not be easily distracted as there are always different opinions which is not always satisfactory.

By way of conclusion, I believe that teamwork is more beneficial to students than competitive environment is. Students should make the best out of teamwork method for the sake of their own

It is argued that the best environment for studying is the competitive one. While some individual says that teamwork is a principal. In my option, I would argue that it is better to study in the teamwork atmosphere.
On the one hand, some people prefer to study in the competitive environment for two main reasons. Firstly, pressure makes diamonds, which means a human’s talent can be fulfil developed through competition. For example the university entrance exam in Vietnam, when the student has to fight at least five other people to get a sit in their dream college or university, and the result is those students who can pass the test is the best one for that school. Secondly, preparing for the toughness of outside working environment, the competition with co-workers could be insane. Therefore, the student needs to get used to that pressure. For instance, Vietnamese university student often does not get a job or quit after half a year of working as they cannot stand the high tension of outside environment. As a result, people feel like it is better to study in the competitive environment
On the other hand, I believe that teamwork education can bring more benefit to the students. The first reason, preventing the self-respect symptom, the harshest characteristic of the human being. Which is the main reason lead to many catastrophically event recently, including Brexit or Trump won the US President election, both of these events have a similarity is that it concentrates on the people selfishness of that country. The second reason, teamwork can reduce the time and conduct more specific result for a problem, if cannot achieve by yourself, why do not do it with other people. For example, the workload would become a half when there are two people in a team and a quarter when four people, also different aspect can be examined.
In conclusion, although, studying in the competitive environment can bring many benefits, but it seems to me that studying in the teamwork is a better environment for learning.

In recent years, environment of learning is debatable topic. It has raised questions of whether learners should train to compete each other or gather together to finish specific or particular missions. This essay will elaborate about mentioned questions.
On the one hand, it would be helpful to mention positive points of study's environments such as combat matches. First of all, trainers would be able to improve their own potential to win combat game. For example, remembering well-known Boxer Mike Tyson's deadly blows, he must have spent more time to practise in streets and knockout his opponents or friends, then he would be so success today. In addition, doing something without help would facilitate children's confident. They might not rely on other people, therefore they should try their best to win game.
On the other hand, it would help to discuss about advantages of teamwork spirit for development of children. Children with team spirit would be able to concentrate to objectives such as goals of matches. For instance, football team's players would gather together to score goals in football matches. Furthermore, children might understand spirit of "one for other" while living in teamwork environment. In football matches, midfield or other positions must have support not only strikers score goals but also others who defend to protect their goals.
To sum up, important impact of study's environment to children's development is undeniable. There is a need to balance between compete each other and gather together to complete missions. By that way, we would educate better individuals for a better society.

Nowadays, some people hold the opinion that it is beneficial that children be provided with a competitive environment to learn in. Others, on the contrary, still put forward teamwork as the most crucial factor in their school-life. In this essay, I will discuss both points of views.

On the one side, it is clear that a competitive environment gives students more motivations to put efforts into their studies to make progress. They need to have an effective and solid study at home as well as at school so as to catch up with other competent friends. Thus, parents do not have to worry much about their attitudes towards learning as they will surely be diligent and serious whenever it comes to study. However, by exposing children to a tough study program may lead them to suffer from great stress and anxiety which is harmful to their early development.

On the other side, teamwork does offer students a lot of merits. The most outstanding effect is the soft skills students may gain. Working with teammates provides children with an advantageous opportunity to upgrade their abilities such as leadership, cooperation, problem-solving and time management. Besides, by carrying out tasks in teams, children can widen their circle of friends so that they will become more active, open and happy instead of isolated. Nevertheless, working with excellent students can somehow make children neglected as they might convince themselves that they can depend on others to finish their given duties. As a result, some of them are prone to being passive, lazy and independent.

To sum up, each opinion has its good and bad points as well. Personally, however, I prefer letting children work in teams as this is more likely to turn them into an all-around person in the future.

It is disputable about whether competition or cooperation among students is more essential in stimulating students’ learning spirit. There are justifications for both views; however, I believe that promoting teamwork would bring more benefits to the development of students.

On the one hand, encouraging children to compete against each other may be beneficial in some ways. First, competition pushes children to make an effort to be better than their friends. In most cases, competition is in the form of ranking. As a result, children who want to rank high need to invest more time in studying so that they do not fall behind. Second, rivalry also makes young people become stronger, which enables them to grow up being more confident in themselves. It is impossible that one will always win when competing with others, so they have to learn to overcome their losses. Consequently, they have the ability to stand up after failure while those who do not study in the same competitive environment may crumble easily after being defeated.

On the other hand, I believe that mutual help in the learning process can bring children some significant advantages. The first benefit is that children are exposed to less pressure in the studying process. It is obvious that competition can cause tension among students. Meanwhile, teamwork creates a more favorable attitude among students, which enables them to study in a more comfortable way. Moreover, cooperation means that no one is left behind. Teamwork ensures that students can learn from one another in the way that one’s strengths can make up for the others’ weaknesses. Hence, every child can make progress in the study instead of having just a few students standing in the top position.

In conclusion, while competition can benefit students to some extent, I hold the opinion that teamwork should be promoted instead to help every child succeed in their study.

Some people suppose that young generations should have the competition with each other in the studying environment while others argue that more significant factor is to work in a team.I contend that the completion of a child can be made concerning with both sides which are the positive competition and the activities to do each other.
On the one hand, the competition is a fundamental factor to make a great opportunity to each individual in the working environment in several ways.Firstly, the individual's capacity is considered as a convincing aspect to them decide to gain the dream by themselves as the workplace seems to become more narrow to employment opportunities to each young adult. For example, To become a white-collar
worker ,he needs to reveal his performance to gain an ideal job. Therefore, In this condition, each employee can satisfy to compete with another component in his office to make the balance of position in the office.Secondly, the competing environment usually is the origin of initiatives positively.Because the money and power seem to express the well- being of an individual as they can bring their financial budget to enjoy the luxuries such as car, jewel.
On the other hand , the teamwork is known as an important factor to improve a capacity of a person.the first reason is to make the team power.Due to single individual power,it is considered easily to separate a corporation or powerful team.As a result,it leads to lose a lot of chances to people. The second one is to make a contribution to new idea .Because some young adults nowadays often go abroad to gain the horizon of knowledge ,so it can have the best idea to the society or company in paticular.
In conlusion, I strongly believe that both above basic aspects are extremely significant to aeach child in the modenization world.

Education always plays the key role to children’s development, and the question of studying in competitive environment or teaching them to build teamwork spirit is not easy to answer. Although it is undeniably beneficial to be a good team player, I strongly believe competing with each other is a better choice for children.

On the one hand, teamwork is attractive for some reasons. Firstly, it boosts friendly and sociable characteristics thanks to communicating well with others. They become to get along easily with each other and make their relation more concrete. Secondly, they can gain a wide range of cooperative experience in school since they have to study together all the time. Finally, when children build their teamwork, they can share their ideas among group and make their decisions more effective.

On the other hand, I hold the belief that it is more rewarding and worthy for children to study in competitive school. This environment can stimulate their self-development skill, confidence and resourcefulness. They become more active in both academic world and life’s situation. It is such a crucial foundation to make their own huge achievements in the future. In addition, children are trained to aware of their own strengths and limitations. They will acknowledge their skills and turn them into their talents in competitive school. On top of that, job market is more and more challenging today, children with competitive spirit have edge to develop their career. They have high sense of responsibilities to finish their tasks in future occupations.

To sum up, it is likely for children to be more fruitful in their career prospects if they are incredibly well-educated workforce in competitive environment.

Creating a favourable environment for children to study is a controversial topic that is raising different points of view. Some suppose that children should be encouraged to compete with each other while others think that a collaborative environment is necessary. Both sides of this argument will be analysed before arriving at a reasonable conclusion.

Firstly, studying in a competitive environment will help children know where they are and stimulate them to do better. For instance, many parents always cite other classmates who achieve the better result as the good examples for children to encourage them to put more effort into studying. Apparently, it is a good way to push children to achieve the higher result as they always want to do better the others. However, this method also put children under pressure of studying that can lead to the inferiority complex phenomenon. Thus, creating the competitive environment can bring some drawbacks that affect children in a negative way.

The collaborative environment can generate the interest in children and form some social skills in them. For example, working in a group to solve a problem will motivate children to communicate and discuss with each other. Through those activities, children can share their knowledge and take advantage of their strong points to solve the problem. Moreover, they can learn more social skills such as communication and teamwork. Therefore, encouraging children to work by a group will create more good effects in their studying and developing.

Following this look, the competitive environment can trigger the self-improvement in children but bringing back some negative effects in their mindset while collaborative environment shows more advantages in motivating children in learning and socialising. It is felt that the teamwork environment is preferable for the study and development of children.

It has been argued that children nowadays have a variety of the opportunities to develop in theirs way such as directly rival with their friends or getting together with others to make a strong pond contrariwise. To the best of my knowledge, I totally agree with the establishment of teams.

Many people especially children's parents always have the thought that studying in a competitive atmosphere would have quite enormous effects on progression of studying of them. Every student would have a chance to perform and complete missions on his own and get the achievements by his selves only without any discussions or consultations. In addition, if a child contends to get the highest accomplishments when he was young, he will be easier to get the success in the future. For instance, a number of children in Vietnam take part in excellent competition, which anyone joins must do the test by his self, have great results.

In another way, the outcomes of group operations are becoming popular more and more. Firstly, it could help members to improve their awareness of carrying out and accomplishing their tasks perfectly before deadlines. Secondly, working in a team make people to have the chance to enjoy the group spirit. Of course, members would try their best in order not to make others disappointed. With the new members, they would have opportunities to get the experiences from elder brothers and sisters to be better in their areas. In recent times, there are a lot of immense inventions which are made by teenage teams have acknowledged by the experts around the world.

In conclusion, there is no denying that the young have an amount of advantages if studying in an compete environment. But, it seems to me that teamwork environment is better for learning .
