    Topic 2:
It is true that street vendors have the propensity for using illegal areas to sell things. While there would be some negative consequences for this, societies can take steps to mitigate those problems

In my opinion, there would be several unfavourable consequences if street vendors try to intrude areas that are not allowed to use. Firstly, those sellers may receive punishment or even prison sentences as they have violated the rules. For example, they may not be permitted to sell commodities, which means they are unable to balance their capital or generate more profit. Secondly, this might have negative impacts on pedestrians as those who also use pavement to walk have difficulty in avoiding those who are selling their products. Therefore, this may diminish the quality of the pavements, which makes people have bad views about those countries having street vendors. Finally, the number of foreign tourists may decrease when there are no places for them to walk and enjoy the scenery. Trespassing on unauthorized areas may threaten the country's economy, while demotivating tourists to travel to that country.

There are several actions that could be taken to address those problems. a simple measure is to enforce stricter laws and punishment. Not only can this intimidate current street vendors, this can also reduce potential vendors intending to use areas that are not allowed to sell products. Another simple solution is to provide sellers with incentive to sell in legal places by spending state budget on building stationary places for vendors to make a living. Those investments will be useful although they seems difficult for governments in developing countries to accomplish. Finally, public should be informed about the disadvantages of this phenomenon so that they may boycott commodities of street vendors and get rid of them from this society.

In conclusion, I am convinced that street vendors are likely to be a threat of out societies and various solutions can be taken to address those problems

Topic 2: The situation where street vendors have trespassed on unauthorized areas to display low quality commodities for sale has become uncontrollable in many parts of big cities in Vietnam. What problems does this cause? What could be done to alleviate the situation?

Street vending has always been one of the popular jobs in Vietnam. The image of those old ladies sitting on the paveway, selling small and colorful things is something you should get used to here. As the number of tourists to Vietnam increases, so does that of the street vendors, who in turn have to breach unauthorised areas in order to find a spot to sell their low-quality goods. As local authorities fail to control them, many problems have cropped up badly. And so, this calls for some effective solutions to keep the consequences at bay.

First of all, this situation would do much harm to the big cities’ traffic order and their images in tourists’ eyes. Vietnamese street vendors are known to be quite reckless. Often, you can find them laying goods in the near-middle part of a small road. The average width of such road can only hold about four motorbikes or a car. The presence of a street vendor in a tiny road will reduce room for traffic, thus creating more potential of traffic jam. Sitting in such a dangerous place can also create disputes between vendors and bikers. A fight can break out and chaos would escalate. Additionally, those low-quality goods would be sold to the naïve tourists, who would consume them and have health problems. Knowing this, these tourists would never trust the goods in Vietnam again, and if they tell their fellows about it, our image would be worsened, and less and less people would choose Vietnam as their destination.

Knowing such problem and its consequences, we should put forth some actions to prevent this. A direct but short-term approach would be to increase the strength of the police force. The government should send more police to deal with this, tell the street vendors to obey the rules, fine them or apply heavy force if necessary. That would dramatically lower the number of violated sellers, and help keep the traffic safety in check. A more long-term and wiser approach would be to give these people another job. The government should provide them with cheap education, train them to do other works fitting their abilities; or to give them career counsel and help them choose the right occupations. Let them know that by doing this, they are not only helping themselves, getting a more secure likelihood, but also doing their country a great favor by enhancing traffic safety, as well as food safety. Their children would thank them for their help to create a more beautiful image of Vietnam.

To sum up, the problem of street vendors violating unauthorised areas would be of great annoyance if not dealt with early. Providing these people with secure jobs not only helps solve this problem, but also ensure a better tomorrow for everyone in Vietnam. The government should take actions now before it is too late.

Topic 1: Some people think that international collaboration is necessary to solve the problem of terrorism. To what extent do you agree or disagree with that statement?
In recent years, while the world has experienced and suffered from many severe consequences from terrorism, many people believe that global cooperation is an important part to address this problem. In my opinion, I totally agree with this point of view.
Firstly, this international collaboration is essential because no one can deny that contemporary terrorism has been happening and affecting to all countries in the world. Not only France, Belgium or Euro but also Southeast Asia, which is always known as the most peaceful area are being put in jeopardy. To be more precise, last month, a grenade attack on a night club was carried out by men connected to the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist group, which injured eight Malaysian patrons as well as a range of other valuable assets. However, it is not only impact adversely on a country where direct confronted with terrorism, but also others countries. For example, although Vietnam is not the target of terrorism, the economic and stability of Vietnam will be affected by political instability in France or Malaysia.
Another reason is that the war on terror will not be able to come to an end without the hand of all nations. This is because there are too many terrorists who come from all nations that we can not know and locate them exactly. Therefore, if we only destroy terrorists in a country that ignores the other countries, someday, surely the suicide bombing events or shootings caused by terrorism will continue without ending. For instance, after killing Osama Bin Laden in 2012, today, our earth are facing with the other terrorist organization, even more brutal and savage, is ISIS.
In conclusion, as analyzing two reasons above, I think that international collaboration need to be done quickly to reach the best result with no terrorism in the world in the near future.

    Topic 1:
Terrorism is now one of the most concerned problem in the world because of its serious influences. I completely agree with the argument that all countries in the world should work together to eliminate this problem because of two main reasons.
There is no doubt that if more and more countries take part in, it will become more easy to deal with the problem of terrorism. People can think of many different useful ways to solve this issue and then we can choose the most effective from those to cope with the problem. Moreover, the terrorists often scamper to another country that are not related to the terrorism for a period and come back when everything is gone so they can be more easily arrested with the help of other countries. Finally, this prolem can be solved partly by education. The accurate education from the young period can help reduce the number of the terrorists in the world.
Another reason is that the terrorism affects not only one country but it also has impacts on others. The globalization makes all countries get closer and people now often go to foreign countries for business or holidays. Therefore, they can be injured or killed if they come to places that unfortunately attacked by bad people. In addition to this, all of the areas the countries which have to suffered from this problem can also be badly influenced, which results in serious consequences for the countries that are in relationship with them in any areas. For example, if there is a bomb going off in United States, which is one of the strongest coutries in the world, this will affect the world's economy and even policy,.
In conclusion, it is the whole world's responsibility to find solutions for the issue of terrorism.

There is no doubt that governments need to find an effecient way to tackle the problem of terrorism. Many scholars suggest that international collaboration is of great use to accomplish this mission. Personally, I am in favor of this idea and will support my view with specific reasons and examples in this essay.
First and foremost, international cooperation is an essential factor assisting states in anticipating or discovering the risk of terror. In particular, global terrorism can be seen as a drawback of globalization. Indeed, thanks to the rapid growth of modes of transport and communications, it is more possible than ever for terrorists to link with each other, as well as plan to travel and commit crime in a foreign country. As a result, it is obvious that governments have to face terrorists who is not only their citizens but also foreigners, even if they are so far from their states. To tackle this problem, international collaboration is needed. To be more specific, countries can exchange the information about extremists or criminals who are likely to conduct an attack, or be the top suspect of ones that happened. This activity could not be implemented if there were not any foreign collaborations.
Next, International collaboration leads to subtantial support of millatary potential to face terrorist attacks. Specifically, many countries have such a strong intelligence service that the state can be warned about an attack early. However, their defence system is not sustainable enough to solve that problem. Hence, International assistance is extremely necessary. Indeed, thanks to weapons or other tools for fighting provided by its allies, a country is more likely to reduce its vulnerability to attacks, as we see in the relationship between the U.S and Poland, or the U.S and South Korea.
Overall, facing the risk of terrorism remains a controversial issue for goverments. However, I think international collaboration should be apprecirated and applied regularly thanks to its two enormous advantages above.

Terrorist crimes are widespread and not limited countries worldwide . Therefore, international cooperation is essential to address the issues related to terrorism worldwide .
Advance the development of terrorism and the severe consequences that terrorism has caused to all humanity, requires the countries of the world should join hands, effort, determination to thoroughly solve the terrorism. Need an international conference on terrorism took place to discuss the issue of terrorism, which set out an action plan calling for collection of water in order to promote a common strategy to deal with terrorism in all its forms, by democratic measures. According to statistics of the United Nations since 2001, the world was happening on the 5770 terrorist attacks in different sizes, which killed more than 48,170 people by, injuring nearly 86,000 people, causing political instability - social, major damage to infrastructure and deeply hurt the spirit of society in many countries. We all have seen the devastating consequences of terrorism caused, therefore, the international community needs to work closely with you, strengthening democracy can eradicate and thorough threat serious security and stability of the world in which we live.

Topic 2: The situation where street vendors have trespassed on unauthorized areas to display low quality commodities for sale has become uncontrollable in many parts of big cities in Vietnam. What problems does this cause? What could be done to alleviate the situation?
    ANswer:
The issue of people occupying the illegally metropolitan areas has evolved as a major topic of today’s society in Vietnam. In this essay, I will find out some causes and some solutions to mitigate this problem, as will now be discussed.

There are several reasons why the situation where street vendors have trespassed unlawful areas to exhibit good-for-nothing items for sale has become ungoverned in many parts of big cities in Vietnam. The primary reason is that they conduct the unlawful business in an environment where this undesirable activities are the norms. For example, it is not surprise to see an array of stores selling low-quality items trespass on pavements in Yen Bai city where I am living. In addition, it is due to the lack of the government’s stricter punishments. There is no doubt if these people would continue to take these places for granted without considerable meddling from the authorities.

There are a number of options available can be taken to mitigate this problem. One solution is that the government should continue campaigns aiming at raising people’s awareness. This can be done by mass producing notice-broads telling citizens about the enormous drawbacks of occupying these unlawful areas, and placing them in areas where this alarming trend is likely to be popular. Another remedy is that the government needs to adopt stricter punishments. For example, those who break the law by trespassing the illegally areas have to pay a heavy fine. It is not an exaggeration to say that the possibility of government actions may result in the revitalization in the perception of citizens.

In conclusion, although there are various reasons causing to this worrying tendency, the government play an important role in tackling this problem.

    Topic 2:

The encroachment of street vendors in big cities in Vietnam, which has been existed for a long time, now is one of the biggest problems which affects to the face of our country negatively. However, the solutions from relevant authorities do not work effectively as the expectations.

Many reasons will be used to explain for that encroachment. First of all is our habit. People in Vietnam generally seem to prefer street vendors and food stalls more than bigger ones like restaurants. It maybe comes from the feeling of most of us, that Vietnamese foods, especially traditional foods will be tasted the most delicious only when we eat it in “traditional places”, such as the street vendors. Furthermore, when we get used to eat our favorite foods in our favorite places, it becomes harder to change that habit rapidly. Secondly, the conditions of big cities sometimes are not good enough. The infrastructure to develop the restaurant systems including the traffics and the related factors as located places cannot recently supply the demand of big restaurants. Besides, the propaganda of relevant authorities is not strong enough to make citizens to change their habits.

There are still some solutions, although they can be effective only when everyone has to do it together. Changing our routines should be done first. We cannot talk about eating “modernly” while we even do not want to do it.We have to be self-conscious that our eating routine can have an influence on the face of the city, the decision to come back or not of foreign tourists. On the other hand, the authorities should do their solutions snappier. They have to not only force the street vendor owners to put down their works firmly, but also disseminate the importance of changing that habit.

Although that existing issue is very hard to change fast, it cannot stay forever and can be pulled back by our serious efforts, to make big cities in Vietnam to be the apple of the eyes of foreigners who will visit to Vietnam.

There is a belief that in order to tackle the increasing issue of terrorism, multinational cooperation is of utmost importance. From my personal perspective, this idea is totally legitimate.
To start with, global collaboration is considered a primary factor in solving unlawful violence as the more countries involved in the program, the more effectively solutions against terrorism function. When a big deal of staff and technology from different nations work together such as security teams or investigation programs, it is much more possible that potential attacks and massacres be detected and prevented; and as a result, thousands of innocent lives could be saved. Additionally, international participation in the development of weapons, armies and forces might lead to the advancement and superiority of military strength , which enables joint authorities to eradicate terrorism from its root.
Another point worthy of note is that worldwide partnerships in the alleviation of illegal violence and war might result in an improved awareness among communities in global solidarity and assistance as well as personal security. The mass media's utilization together with organizations' announcements all across the world can successfully call for aid from people from different countries, especially when it comes to medical support, food donation, refugee acceptance, for example. Furthermore, worldwide connections give citizens access to updating sources of information, through which they are able to be aware of not only the ongoing disputes and dangers, but also efficient and practical ways to defend themselves in case the worst scenarios occur.
In conclusion, I totally agree that it is an urgent requirement that as many nations and territories as possible make a contribution in terrorism's resolution.

    TOPIC 1
The world is now in constant fear of terrorism, especially Europe and the Middle East due to numerous heinous atrocities caused by rebel forces. As a result, some people call for global solidarity in dealing with these rebellious groups to restore peace and build a safer world. I completely agree with this idea for some certain reasons.
First of all, using international parnerships to tackle the threat of global terrorism will result in a stronger affiliation in terms of military. If countries which possess intimidating military forces (such as America and Russia) join hands, they can inflict heavy casualties on the enemy with their cutting-edge weapons and highly advanced technology. Moreover, the tension between America and Russia is likely to blow over because they have a joint enemy to deal with.
Secondly, international collaboration will strengthen the bonds between people around the world. Instead of neglecting the chaos and pains that people in Syria or Iraq have to suffer from, more and more funds will be raised for them from all over the world. People will pay less attention to the political conflicts with their neighbor countries and more scorn will be heaped on inhumane terror acts that inflict pains and injustice on innocent civilians.
To conclude, global cooperation to fight the threat of terrorism is of paramount importance in the current chaotic context. Countries around the world should join hands and fight the dark forces haunting the innocent for the sake of a brighter future.

Although terrorism is harmful for the development of the world, it cannot be solve thoroughly in this worldwide circumstance. Therefore, I totally follow the opinion about collaborating internationally to deal with this problem.

On the one hand, we cannot refuse that the scale of the terrorism is becoming harder to predict. The terrorists can be anywhere, especially after Europe allowed refugees to stay in as native people. At least, the connection between countries can support each members inside to detect the dangers whenever it might happen. Besides, that relationship can warn the terrorists to be aware of their position if they want to fall in the war with big countries, while they can strive with not only one country but also a league of countries having common enemies. For example, terrorists may be watchful to attack France another time, if USA, the biggest country in the world, says officially that they will do anything to support France. The terrorists should not be mess with big countries at the same time, to take a risk to be assaulted more dangerous and more unpredictable.

In contrast, the opposite opinion has its reasonable arguments. Some countries just do not want to involve in that collaboration too deep to catch the attention of the terrorists. Maybe these countries help their allies as a duty, but afterwards the terrorists see them as new enemy to attack. In addition, each country has to prepare to defend against the terrorist itself, instead of trying to appeal the support of others.

Briefly, the collaboration between countries to stand out the terrorism should be bolstered immediately, due to their benefits to the common peace of the world.

Topic 1: Some people think that international collaboration is necessary to solve the problem of terrorism. To what extent do you agree or disagree with that statement?

People have long considered terrorism as one of the biggest threats to human lives in this new century. As solutions to the riddle have been perpetually suggested, some opine the idea of using international partnerships as an efficient way to alleviate the ongoing issue. This idea is completely rational and will be further explained as follows.

The reason why global intervention is of great necessity is no country can tackle terrorism in isolation while terrorists are becoming more dangerous than ever. The whole process against terrorism requires a comprehensive approach including continual exchange of ideas and engagement with the international community. For example, the United King has established an Extremist Task Force to find out how to work with communities to isolate extremist voices from the moderate majority. However, the force will not function effectively without cooperation from surrounding countries. With the crescent appeal of international civil aviation as a target, with terrorists becoming more prudent in their attempts to circumvent a nation’s security measures, it depends on partnerships with like-minded partners worldwide to deteriorate the evils.

Some gainsay by claiming that tackling the issue with mere military solution is sufficient. However, mounting evidence of the ineffectiveness of the measure can be spotted in the dismal failure of military intervention be used to prevent ISIS from gaining more power. Stopping terrorism by the similar thing they did to us is allegedly futile. On the contrary, all of these actions may fuel the hatred terrorists need to convince new recruits to join their cause. Therefore, creating a real coalition for diplomacy among countries is required. Ultimately, the result of this fight against terrorism will hinge upon strengthening the ability of others around the world to deal with terrorism in their countries and regions.

In conclusion, addressing the challenge of terrorism over the long term demands multilateral cooperation, capacity building and considered efforts to counter violent extremism by all levels of society and government. Personally, I suppose such international cooperation will gradually work in precluding terrorism from getting more powerful.

Ad ơi , mình không rõ What problems does this cause, this ở đây replace cho việc "respassed on unauthorized areas" hay "display low quality commodities" nên mình viết cả 2 nhé vì viết vội quá không kịp hỏi...

Topic 2: The situation where street vendors have trespassed on unauthorized areas to display low quality commodities for sale has become uncontrollable in many parts of big cities in Vietnam. What problems does this cause? What could be done to alleviate the situation?
Since Doi Moi period when commodities were hard to obtains, street vending had been an essential part of city life and is a culture image of Vietnam. However, despite its popularity, street vending in Vietnam exist in a grey area because of its legal ambiguity. From UN’s 2015 report, up to 78% of street vendors are home-run illegal operate business and therefore are cost-driven business and have been known for causing public disturb by illegal parking and selling hazard products . In this essay, the topic of street vendors’ risks and necessary controls will be discussed.

There are two tired of street vendor system that could be broken down to hyper mobile vendor and fixed vendor. The first type is often owned by urban migrants who struggle with their low earnings, and therefore the target is to sell the products as cheap as possible regardless of consumer safeties such as food hygiene or abusive usage of dangerous chemical substances. While the fixed vendor type bears significant more operation cost by renting or owning storefronts ;therefore, have to be mindful of their reputations thus lead to higher level of cautious in quality issue despite the fact that quality continues to be the main concern regardless of vendor type . Moreover, both type of street vendors pose concerns for pedestrian safety by encroach on pavements to display clothes, footwear, wallet or to park vehicles. There has been a trend for street vendors to turn pavements into gather place for all walks of life which leave pedestrians no choice but to walk on the street and lead to traffic congestion.

There are controls that proposed during the past three years such as law enforcement on mandatory business licence registration and fine increase for illegal business practices as well as illegal use of parking space. In addition, Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh's city councils mandate that the city's pavement must be 1.5 meter in wide to ensure pedestrian safety. District governments have been actively tackling down on offenders , however violations continue to occur.

In summary, street vendor business is in strong demand despite lack of effective regulation and several safety concerns .There has been various of methods to impose and ensure legal obligations , however there has not been an effective solution because of a strong demand for cheap price force street vendors to find ways to cut back on prices

Strengthening the bond among countries is essential to fight back terrorism. I strongly believe that the international connection would contribute to the end of this global issue.
It is obvious that terrorists present in groups or organizations to weaken the influenced country or region. Individual country or state, though wealthy is less likely to put an end to terrorism and to recover from any actions of threatening. For example, after paris attacks in 2015, people from around the world have showed their support via social media not only to alleviate the mental pain in all citizens but also to show strong disapporoval towards terrorism.
On another aspect, international collaboration helps to raise awareness of terrorism inside each nation. Governments, politicians should learn from experienced countries in order to pay equal attention to terrorism as other areas. For instance, having seen the terrorism possibility, the government would put more effort in moral education for children at the very young age not to be manipulated by terrorists.
To sum up, countries from all over the world should stand in an alliance in order to prevent the growth of terror groups and to eradicate the problem in the future.
